The Background
D&L Growers and a family-run business specialising in salad and vegetable production. Working closely with our delivery partners we installed a 81kWp system on their roof to help D&L with their green credentials and reduce energy spending. We also helped D&L to secure grant funding towards the project.
The Solution
We installed an 81kWp Solar PV System onto D&L Growers building roof. The system is estimated to generate around 69,941kWh of clean renewable energy for the business to use for free on-site and is forecast to pay for itself in 6 years’ time.
The Results & Feedback
The result is a quality PV system that is reducing D&L’s energy spending as well as mitigating their exposure to future energy cost rises. The System will also generate a guaranteed 20-year income stream for the business.
